Error in Personaliser

I'm trying to input my personal info in Personaliser in P&O website and getting this error:

"An unexpected error has occurred on this page, we apologize for the loss of service. If this problem persists, please contact our Customer Contact Centre on 0843 374 0111"

Tried many times, over 3 days, many format variations, same error. I am US based and Customer Contact is not toll free.

It might be the browser version you are using. Although I'm UK based I had a similar problem and it was because the P&O website was not "optimised" for the browser version I was using. P&O's tech is notoriously clunky - try a different browser.

Same for me as groovechick. I used to have problems with my browser. Could you try on your phone?

A lot of sites these days, don't seem to like Internet Explorer. I use Firefox.

Agreed, try a different browser. It worked for me why I was blocked.

Tried 3 different browsers: Google Chrome & Microsoft Edge on a PC, Safari on iPhone; tried deleting all cache, cookies, etc. first. ALL FAILED with the same error.

Does P&O monitor this forums?

Try Opera, that worked for me.

Don't have Opera but tried it with Firefox -- same error. Same failure with 4 different browsers is no longer a browser issue. Something else is wrong.

I had an old reference showing which it saved and couldn't log in. I deleted the reference and entered the correct booking reference and got straight in.

There was a problem regarding the new privacy laws a few months ago which P&O emailed us about and we had to respond to to clarify they could still contact us.

Could P&O be doing some maintenance work on their website without warning people? I know they sometimes work on it at weekends, so it might be worth trying again in a day or two.

You could try this old P&O Toll Free number to see if it still works

08000 523840

0800 is not free when calling from US.

Can you log in on http://www.poamericas.com or use the free phone US number given therein?
