Nutrisystem.. Can I lose anything besides my sanity before 5/18/19?

Alright to make a long story short, I'm attempting nutrisystem again as it worked really well in the past.. but its not working, I work 12 hour night shifts as RN (stress to the max!) and I am a wine girl!

 

Even if I lose 20lbs before my next cruise I'll be happy.
