Shore excursion help

We've received the excursion book from the cruise company but I've heard we can save a lot by booking on our own and not going through them. How do we locate companies that do excursions? Thanks!

Just be careful that you have plenty of time to get back to the ship in case anything goes wrong because they will not wait for you! They will sail without you as i have seen it happen.

Well...where will you be going? What are your ports of call?

I also would like info on tours on my own. We will be sailing on the Legend of the Sea 12/12/04. We stop in Cabo, Acapulco, Puntarenas Costa Rica, Huatulco Mexico, & Aruba.
