Shareholder benefit

I'm trying to find an email address to request my shareholder benefit. Investor relations has a mailing address and a fax number only, but who has a fax machine anymore?

Last time I had problem to send fax (technical problem on Costa side) and sent my request using e-mail info.europe@costa.it.

After few days received reply message confirming OBC.

IMO, everyone with a PC, mac, etc. I use one of the free fax services available online to fax my request to whichever cruise line I am using.

While some cruise lines are apparently still accepting email submission, the official position of CCL is fax or regular mail only.
