Help with excursion in Honolulu/Oahu

Missed out on Cruiseline excursion (sold out)that was going to give us what we wanted/needed while visiting Honolulu for one day in October. Looking for a tour that would give us the Pearl Harbor tour (including boat ride circling the Arizona) and a bus trip that takes us to Pali Lookout and a drive thru Honolulu. We will be in port at 7 am and we must be back at ship by 3:30 PM. Asking for any suggestions/advice. Thanks
