That’s a shame. Always nice to put a face with a name. We first just had the August 19th booked during the Firecracker sale, then the 26th showed up and was reasonable, with the TA giving good perks, so we added it. I guess you board 9/2 then.

Yes, we start 9/2. We got great rates for 6 weeks.

That's what I think but I will be on OA next week and will get the updates on the Concierge schedules from Claudine.

It's both. There are tabs at the bottom......one for CL/SL and the other for DL.

Thanks, I was too sleepy to notice! We had such a fabulous one on our last NCL Cruise, I have my fingers crossed for the Allure suites concierge in Oct :D

Just off the Anthem today.

I can confirm that Ricardo Mock is the concierge for the Suite Lounge. Leroy D’Souza was the concierge for the Diamond Lounge. I saw them with my own eyes :-)

Is anyone else having trouble getting email to/from Concierge? I have emailed two different ships and have not gotten a reply from either. I would think it was in my end but I know other emails I sent around that time did transmit. So just curious if anyone else was having an issue.

On the Liberty. On August 19, MJ will move over to the Suite Lounge and Anis will go over to the Diamond Lounge. They will stay until November when they head on vacation. Their vacations may move back or forward some.

Thank you so very much for this very informative spreadsheet. I notice that Symphony does not have an email address for SL concierge nor DL concierge. Would those be similar to her sister ships using "SY"?

I ran into Lyli and Beatrice as they were finishing their shifts in the SL when we were in Coastal Kitchen for dinner. Fun Reunion.

This was the first time that Claudine was our Concierge. And she is also awesome.

Sue, here is the current for OA: in SL, Beatrice & Lyli until Sept when Lyli goes on vacation. Then it will be Federico & Claudine. DL is currently Claudine. In Sept Beatrice goes to DL. There are 4 of them and they rotate.

Then please post when you know and also please include the ship and concierge name. It is a bit hard to keep track or all the concierges and ships.

I know the ship name is the Enchantment! Don’t know if he’s going to be in the DL or CL!
