I'm still struggling a bit with when to go. I should be home for a couple of days after New Year to work on payroll taxes for the Fire Department. I'll probably fly on the third, I'd like to go late the 3rd but I think that's cutting it way too close. At least it will be the second time for our administrative assistant so that's a bit of a relief.

I am going on the 2nd. I hope JetBlue changes their schedule again because right now their non-stop flights to FLL are at 6am or 6pm - neither are great but at least I don't have to change planes.

I think no change in planes is very big in the winter in the Northeast.
