Flavio Gioia - Hotel Director

I have been informed that Flavio left Silversea last year, but is currently undertaking a month's contract as Hotel Director on Silver Wind.

I will certainly miss him, and I am sure many of you who have known him as long as I have, will also.

Interesting as we were with him late last year, in fact in December, and as I understood it he stayed on the Spirit until she went into dry dock in February. Also seems to me he’s been on the Wind after leaving the Spirit for more than a month. If indeed he has left or is leaving Silversea we will miss him.

He has been on the Wind since April 6th and covering for Danial Illias having left SS before his contract had finished.

We had dinner with him one night and found his conversation somewhat lacking.

He gave no indication that his tenure was short or long term.

Thanks for the update. We will miss Flavio. We always look out for him when we board.
