Cheap Soda cup on Royal Carib

On the first day of the cruise, I was strolling the promenade being asked by everyone to buy drink packages. I saw the chipped cups that they were selling stacked at every bar. I went into the bar and asked if I could buy one of those cups for a souvenir. I placed a folded up 20 dollar bill on the bar. The bartender took it and said sure. He then walked away... I took my souvenir cup and low and behold it worked fine at the soda machine... whodathunk...

Not sure if you want kudos for this or not.....

I guess kudos would be in order, since the forum is “saving money on your cruise.” Drink packages cost a lot. I saved people $100 on a soda package by greasing the right person. But I understand how someone with 80,000+ posts might think otherwise. How about posting some tips on how to get an internet package cheap, so I can post that much...
