FLL Transfer

Are Silversea transfer agents found in baggage claim at FLL. Are they open by 11:00 AM?

If you have arranged a Silversea transfer there will be a representative in the baggage claim area. Assuming you have entered your flight information in MySilversea they’ll know what airline you’re on and when you are arriving and will be waiting for you regardless of your arrival time.

We don’t always use Silversea transfers but when we have we’ve found them to be very good. For example, while not Ft Lauderdale we flew into Rome last November and because we were supposed to be traveling with friends we had arranged for Silversea to pick us up at the airport. Friends dropped out of the cruise but we left the arrangements in place. The transportation company met us just outside of immigration and escorted us to baggage claim. When we got to baggage claim we discovered the company had pulled all four pieces of our luggage and they were being watched over by a man who turned out to be our driver. More interesting is that we had not put our Silversea luggage tags on our luggage so they pulled them stricting by our regular tags. Great service.

Thanks Randy for the info. Silversea has me on a flight from Atlanta a t 11:00 landing at 1pm. That is too late for me as I like to board at noon to have lunch while my room is being prepared. So I reserved a first class seat on the 9 am flight and will land at 10:50 invisible to Silversea thus my question is the transfer agent there by 11 am.

You’ll be fine as long as Silversea knows of your schedule. Have a great cruise.
