Insurance Question

I am looking to insure my b2b cruise and am asking for your opinions. The insurance company is Nationwide and policy/plan name is titles luxury cruise. Your thoughts?

Second, because I am booking prior to final payment and outside original payment guidelines, the cost of "cancel for any reason" is not included and costs an additional $55. Should I purchase this? I do not plan to cancel unless for medical for self or in case of a death of a family member.

Your thoughts and suggestions will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

All these policies are comprised of a multitude of clauses of coverage. The trick is to get a policy that has all the coverage you need and not pay for something you don't need. Be sure policy covers: Medical, standard U.S. policies do not cover you once you leave the country. Evacuation, you did know that if you get really sick or injured they don't want the responsibility and set you ashore. Cancellation, be it hospitalization to just a change of heart.
