Booking confirmation email?

I Had a hold on a cruise. I paid the $1800 deposit but never received a confirmation email. It shows up under my profile on the website which is fine but I'd like to get and am used to getting an email confirmation with the payment on other lines. Is this normal with X as it's our first? Thanks ...

I have always got a booking confirmation. Email them and ask for one instead of staying on hold forever with a phone call.

Sometimes it has taken a couple of hours to get the email. If it shows up on your online acct, I'd just try a call and see what happens. Last week I called about a price reduction and got right through... surprise!

You might want to check your spam also.

We never got our either so I emailed and they sent a copy.

Sometimes I've had to call/email to request a copy, sometimes it just comes relatively quickly on its own, and sometimes I forget all about it and it arrives in my email a week or so later.
