This morning we tried to submit our request for the CCL's stock OBC's for our upcoming cruise via their email address we have used many times in the past. We learned that the email address is no longer valid as it was returned to us. We called the Princess Revenue Processing team (800-872-6779) ext 30317 and learned that all Carnival Organization cruise lines will no longer be accepting these requests via email. One must send it via regular mail at: Booking Support 24305 Town Center Dr. Suite 200 Santa Clarita, CA 91355 OR Via fax at: 661-753-0180 They had discontinued the email address as of yesterday but they haven't updated all the forms that appear online yet (they still show an email address). They said we should continue to expect a 14 day turnaround and when completed they will send notification to the email you included on your request form.
