As FYI. This morning we tried to submit our request for the CCL's stock OBC's for our upcoming cruise via their email address we have used many times in the past.

We learned that the email address is no longer valid as it was returned to us.

We called the Princess Revenue Processing team (800-872-6779) ext 30317 and learned that all Carnival Organization cruise lines will no longer be accepting these requests via email.

One must send it via regular mail at:

They had discontinued the email address as of yesterday but they haven't updated all the forms that appear online yet (they still show an email address). They said we should continue to expect a 14 day turnaround and when completed they will send notification to the email you included on your request form.

This is the Carnival Corp. web page that explains the plan. The email addresses were dropped a few days ago.
