Scavenger Hunt

I've seen questions posted before about Scavenger Hunt ideas so I thought I'd post the one I came up with. This is specific to the Fascination. I was able to go on the ship a month before our cruise, so that is where I got some of the ideas. Feel free to use, just change any info to go along with your cruise and/or group. We are using a basket with drink coupons, photo coupon and other things as the prize. Just thought I'd share.

 

Scavenger Hunt Rules

*Find as many items on the list by 9:00AM tomorrow. We will meet at the Grand Atrium Staircase on Empress deck before the group photo the see who the winners are.

*ALL team members must be on time at the end or your team forfeits.

*Teams can NOT split up to find items easier.

*Anything not expressly prohibited or illegal is okay.

*All members must report back to final check-in. If you have been lost to ships security then your team will be disqualified. :o)

*Anyone caught cheating or obstructing the progress of another team will be disqualified.

*In the photo find items, a team member must be pictured with each item.

*Whichever team has the most points (with correct items!) wins. If there is a tie, we will have a drawing for the winning cabin.

*Your team will consist of the room mates in your cabin.

Picture Scavenger Hunt # 1

Scavenger Hunt # 3

1. The number of seats in the front center balcony row in the main theatre. ______

4. Get the signatures of 4 people eating at 1 table in the buffet area. (on the back of this sheet)

5. Acquire a puzzle paper and make a good attempt at completing it.

6. Name of the Chief Purser. _________________

7. A ship map, initialled by a crew member.

8. The number of flags in the loop from the funnel to the aft of the ship. _______

9. The number of staterooms across the back of Empress Deck. _______________

10. The cost of a 20-20-20 at the Spa. __________

11. Number of computer monitors in the internet cafe. _______

12. Name of your favorite picture in the Art Gallery. ________________________________

Scavenger Hunt # 4

1. A piece of literature from the spa.

2. The price of a “Dream Ship” model from the gift Shop. __________________

3. Eat one piece of Sushi. What was it? _________

4. When in St. Martins, purchase something for the other person without them knowing.

5. Soak in each outdoor hot tub (not including Spa) on the ship within a 2 day period.

6. Find all the names you can of crew members in a Capers and arrange them alphabetically on the back of this page.

7. Participate in 1 organized Carnival Event.

8. Buy a coke from a vending machine. Enjoy.

9. Play a game in the video arcade.

10. Give a tip to at least 4 people on the ship in 1 day (not “last-day” tips).

11. Order room service treat(s) for both of us, without the other knowing.

12. Purchase a snack from the gift shop to share.

13. Slide down each waterslide, all in one session.

14. Play 2 rounds of mini golf (by yourself) and record your score (person with lowest score to receive treat from the other).

15. Spent 15 minutes on the treadmill.

16. Get more than 1 photo taken of you alone. Buy one of them.

17. Purchase a stamp for the next Port of Call.

Picture Scavenger Hunt # 2

1. A passenger standing in front of the “seaside theatre screen.”

2. Group of people playing basketball.

3. Dock worker.

4. A sail boat.

5. Pastry that you have purchased.

6. Of someone on “the Bridge.”

7. Guest Services counter.

8. Burgundy Lounge

9. Aft Dining Room

10. Casino

11. Start of the Double Speed slide.

16. Someone on their balcony in a bikini, picture taken from the exterior Promenade area.

23. Someone on a piece of exercise equipment.

Scavenger Hunt # 5

1. Get the signatures of 10 people from 10 States of Provinces (on the back of this sheet).

2. Get a drink from 4 separate bars in 1 day. Tell where. _______________ __________________ ________________ _______________________

3. Take 5 laps around the jogging track and record the time and day you finished. __________________

4. Starting in the Atrium, and without running, go to rooms 1369, 2246, 2489, 6451, 12225, 9478, 7204, 10288, 11203, 6264, 6374, 8385 (in that order). Take a picture of each #. How long did it take you? (Fastest to be treated.)

5. Arrange a special surprise once on the trip for the other person. ($ 10.00 or less on the Sail & Sign account). Something simple but thoughtful.

6. The price of a razor (or package of razors) at the gift shop. ______________________

We just got off a cruise and we had won the scavenger hunt. One of the things to find was "black teeth". It was funny to see what people came up with. I noticed 3 different things.:D

Here's a Pen & Paper Scavenger Hunt for the Paradise.

We did this on a 3day cruise.

It was given to the group on the first day and corrected on the last night.

 

Some of the crew, when asked, did not know the information, like the Mascot and the theme of the ship.
