wdblake Posted September 19, 2009 #1 Share Posted September 19, 2009 I recently read that Sabatini's was changing their servings to less plates with bigger portions. Is this the case and if so does anyone know what the menu will look like? Also is there some place I can look at the Crwon Grill menu? Thanks! I believe if you go to Princess.com type in sample menus under search and you can view the menus.

cruiseblue Posted September 19, 2009 #4 Share Posted September 19, 2009 What day(s) are generally the worse dinner night in the dinning room (menu wise)? We are definitely booking Crown Grill but don't know which day has the worst menu in dinning room.

We are definitely booking Crown Grill but don't know which day has the worst menu in dinning room. The rotation and content of menus depend upon the ship and it's itinerary. However, upon boarding, you can go to the desk set up outside one of the specialty restaurants for the purpose of making reservations at same. They have the "book" with the dining room menus for the voyage, so you can read through and see which is least appealing to you personally. For DH and I, we can easily skip Caribbean Night (if it happens to be a choice), but perfer to enjoy Italian night in the dining room. But, to each his or her own, so take a look at the menus when you board and make your decisions from there.

Treven Posted September 19, 2009 #8 Share Posted September 19, 2009 I had dinner in the Crown Grill on the first formal night; the second formal night I ate in the Caribe buffet. I don't even own a suit, let alone a tux. I was sort of dressed up for dinner in the Crown Grill, but felt I'd be too out of place if I ate dinner in the MDR on that night.
