Carnival Splendor -- Amenities in spa rooms

How much/what kind of shampoo, etc. do you get in the spa rooms? Trying to cut my packing list down, but I usually like to bring my own shower amenities, even if they are provided. However, if the spa's brand is really good and we get enough, I'll definitely use that.

We're in a spa cabin the week before you! I've heard the amenities are a cut above -- and very nice -- there was mention of them in a review recently - I'll see if I can find it....
