How to get from Venice port to Venice Airport

Wondering how to get from the Venice terminal (Princess cruise) to the Venice airport on disembarcation day? Is it easy to find a cab, are the taxis lined-up as we leave the ship?

svsw, I would also check with one of the Roll Calls going on. I am researching out information also for a possible TA out of Rome and have gone into some of the Roll Call Boards for Cruises out of Venice etc. and asked them. They have many seasoned cruisers there who can help you out.

When we disembarked in August there were taxis lining up to collect people. You can take the taxi all the way to the airport or take the taxi to Piazzale Roma and catch the airport bus from there. The bus only costs €3 and there is plenty of room for your cases underneath.;)
