Brilliance of Sea cabin 7600 "Obstructed Balcony"?

Recently I was quoted this Cabin, 7600 as an cat. E-3 "Obstructed Balcony". Can anyone tell me about this cabin and what the "Obstruction" is?

Haven´t been on the Brilliance but looked at the deck plan. Where did you get the info about obstructed view?

I´m curious as 7600 is in the middle of the hump and should have one of the best views.

This quote was through Cruisequick.com and specific cabin information is limited. Just their title discription was cat. E-3 "obstructed balcony" Looks like its in the middle of the hump to me but I would like confirmation first before I buy.

A friend of mine booked 7602 on Jewel thru Cruisequick. Their info says nothing about obstructed balcony. I know someone who was in 7602 and there was no obstruction on the hump cabins on Deck 7. I have seen the picture.
