Unable to access My Celebrity...

I've been trying (unsuccessfully!) to access My Celebrity for a cruise that's coming up in about three weeks. After I enter my booking number and name, I get the following error in red - "Cannot add booking association due to internal restrictions." Any idea what that's all about? Any suggestions? Thanks.

The first thing I'd do is empty my cache ... that often solves a lot of problems. If that doesn't work then call Celebrity. I have not heard that error message before, so in my opinion, it's worth a phone call!

Finally called Celebrity last night after multiple tries resulting in a variety of errors. The rep said My Celebrity has "issues," and advised me to go the route of Before You Cruise/My Reservations - which worked just fine.
