Thanks for posting that - I must have somehow missed it, and assume she's still alive - she drank the in-cabin 'champagne'.:eek: Oh to have the cast iron stomach of the young.

I've found that the travel articles don't seem to synch up very well in date terms with the print copy. Don't know why.

Was this supposed to be real? It reads more like a creative advertising blurb to me.

 

First nights are not formal nor does the Captain hold a cocktail party on the first night. Note not one word re the stateroom, was she on her own or sharing. with her parents?

Then there are the massages and facials, she pretends she has no money (possibly no job) yet she has facials and massages -plural . Then of all things she goes to the Champagne bar and ejoys Caviar!!!!! Hobnobs with RADA in the Chart Room, daces )and drinks no doubt ) the night away in the night club.

 

Sorry but I think we have been had by a clever ad writer.
