TeacherJenn Posted October 18, 2009 #1 Share Posted October 18, 2009 Just curious is there is a way to reserve a parking spot? Does the lot get full? Thanks for any information.
Happy ks Posted October 18, 2009 #2 Share Posted October 18, 2009 No worries, there is plenty of parking, we drop our bags off first then go find a parking space, no need for a reservation. They do have a second lot with a courtesy shuttle that will drop you off at the terminal building. We've cruised out of the Port of LA (San Pedro) a number of times and have never had a parking issue. Last time we were there it was $12 per day. The parking area is fenced with security gates. Cruisin' Chick Posted October 18, 2009 #3 Share Posted October 18, 2009 And when you're sailing off and look toward the parking lot, you'll see plenty of spaces left.

mation101 Posted October 20, 2009 #7 Share Posted October 20, 2009 The parking at SP is like a race track oval, with the parking in the center. You enter at the bottom of the oval and the Mariner is at the top of the oval. If you miss the luggage drop off or the entrance to the lot you can just make another loop. When you exit the fwy dont turn on the street, go across, and make a right. There will be a guard, who will tell you to go straight to drop off your luggage. DH stays with the luggage and I go around the oval until I get to the gates to enter the parking lot. Take my ticket and find spot close to the ship.
