Reisebiene Posted October 20, 2009 #1 Share Posted October 20, 2009 It is true that in every port is a duty free? And have they Cigars (for example Romeo & Julietta)? And last but not least: How much they are about? Thanks
bigwalt0176 Posted October 20, 2009 #2 Share Posted October 20, 2009 We have been to St. Thomas a number of times but are the prices for alcohol anywhere as good on St. Croix as they are on St. Thomas since we won't be stopping there (St. Thomas that is). The Islander Posted October 21, 2009 #3 Share Posted October 21, 2009 You can find the US Duty Free Allowence information on the customs and border protection website: http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/travel/vacation/kbyg/types_of_exemptions.xml. There is a cigar and sweets shop in Christiansted: http://www.smokesandsweets.com/. Try contacting them about the brand you are looking for and prices. Yes, good alcohol prices on St. Croix too. --Islander
