So.Frigate vs Cockleshell-crowds

Both of these beaches seem to fit our bill but we're worried about overcrowding during Christmas week- is one less crowded in general?

It really depends on how many cruise ships are in port that day.

According to CruiseTT it doesn't look real busy Xmas week except for the 26th. Carnival is going on but most of that activity is in town. I would go to Cockleshell. 21-Dec-2009 1950 Millennium - 1 ship

I just was in St Kitts Saturday. Cockleshell and I wasn't too impressed after just visiting Antigua. It wasn't too busy and there is probably 800 yards of beach so I don't think you will be over crowded their. I think we had maybe 20 other people from the ship there.

St Kitts is not really know for its beaches. You can also go to South Friars Beach on the Caribbean side. A nice quiet beach but not the views you have at Cockelshell.
