KUDOS to Royal Caribbean

As you all know the problems you can have with airlines changing things and especially cruise air just wanted to say a big Thanks to Royal Caribbean. For our May Alaska cruisetour due to flying to Fairbanks and home from Vancouver we choose cruise air - being Diamond recently requested our specific flights and got what we wanted.

 

Then to my surprise had an email from my TA today - Royal Caribbean (great job) had emailed her that Alaska Air is cutting flights out of Dallas next year so our flight was cancelled (verified on Alaska Air web site flight no longer available) so they are requesting our next choice instead of just assigning us and we finding out about it much closer to cruise date when I would have checked information.

 

Thanks Royal Caribbean for stepping up and letting us know of the change.
