Obstructed or Extended Balcony???

I have booked cabin 5191 on the Legend which is a 7A obstructed view balcony. After reading about cabin 6232 here on CC, I checked it out and it is still available on my cruise. This is my family's first cruise (DD 19 and DS 9) and I'm not sure how much time we will actually spend out on the balcony but it seems that we probably won't all fit at the same time? It will cost apprx $330 more for 6232 with the extended balcony. Would you stick with the 7A or switch to the extended balcony? Other than the larger balcony, there really is no difference in the room or location, except 5th deck versus 6th deck. One other consideration, although small, is that Club Carnival, which I hope my son will attend, is located on deck 5 (the obstructed view balcony).

How much more is it?? Probably you wouldnt be all out on the balcony sunning at the same time?? Some popping in and out visiting while they do other activities.

If there is a big price difference, Id keep what you got.

It would be apprx $330 more for the extended balcony.
