Best snorkeling area on Coco Cay?

What area on Coco Cay is best for snorkeling at your own?

I suppose the more populated beaches are the worst, on satellite pics it looks like the area to the right of the tender area (if heading ashore) is less populated, so I suppose the snorkeling would be better there? How about the area called "Lands end"?

The snorkeling is pretty much similar from what I've seen. If you come ashore, and basically hug the shoreline to your left, you will get to a pretty good area, past a lot of sea grass. Last time I snorkeled there, we saw a bunch of fish and some "artificial reefs" (basically lounge chairs thrown in the water).
