Wireless internet on infinity

Does anyone know if wireless internet is available on the infinity?

Thanks in advance.

No, there is no 802.11 on any of the four Millennium class ships (that you can access, anyway -- I discovered that they do use it internally). The options are kits that they rent to provide phone attachment in your cabin, or you can use the "internet cafe" operation that they have set up. However, the software on the machines in the cafes is rather limited to the basic Office and Explorer type programs, and you can't make a connection to your own notebook there, and have no drive access to load your own programs. You can't even attach a copy of a picture to an email there due to lack of drive access. These machines are very tighly clamped down.

The outfit that runs this may be cooperative about helping you make a direct connect from their training facility, and can assist in sending home mail that includes pictures.

I understand that Celebrity has set up a number of 802.11 "hot spots" on each of their mid and smaller ships.
