We did Carnival's Power snorkel. It was $45 pp, IIRC. You head north about 15 minutes then turn on a dirt road around Rio Indio to the beach. There's nothing around, just the power snorkel and beach snorkel groups no other development. You snorkel out to a small reef. you're in the water around 45 minutes. You'll see fish but the snorkeling off the reef in Belize is better.
