Beach Club Recommendation for 3 30-something single girls

We are looking for an active, preferrably all inclusive, beach club for our visit in March. Activities are very important (jet skis, banana boat, beach games). Would prefer music and possibly a pool and swim up bar. Anyone have a recommendation on the most happening club? Thanks!!!

Everyone will probably recommend Paradise Beach :) Nachi Cocum is where my best friend and I are going, but it's quieter, without all the water sports. We just want to hang on the beach and do nothing! Paradise Beach has all of the water sports and everything.

Playa Mia offered a lot of activities and the beach chairs were nice.

Paradise beach has everything you are looking for except for AI and swim up bar..

Nachi has swim up bar and is AI but does not have all the activities..

Now there is a bar hop tour that was fun for my best friend and I, get to see the other side of Cozumel and have shots at each stop and it is lots of fun.. But you won't have time to really sun if that is what you are looking for.
