I noticed some museums,etc will be shut down on Tues. and Wed..What is put in their place?Can't get through to them on their email.Also cancellations must be done in writing.Has anyone had to cancel?Problems?

I do not mean to put you off, but who do you mean by 'them' on their email???

 

What tour group have you contacted and whom are you referring to about cancellations??

 

If you have not contacted SPB tours, I would recommend you try to contact them and Victoria. She will respond within 24 hours and answer any of your questions. So mnay of us have used them and we truly recommend them very highly.
