While I haven't been there, I've read you can get a cheap one at Aroma spa. They even have a website although I've heard you must make a reservation otherwise it is just too busy when the ships are in port. And it isn't the nicest looking place from what I've heard...but for $22 per hour... It doesn't sound bad. HTH Jess

I have read wonderful things about the spa at Krystal's Resort in PV.

 

Posters say the treatments are terrific, prices excellent . . . in fact we have booked it for our cruise on the Sapphire March 20. Remember, PV time is one hour ahead of ship time, so plan accordingly if you make reservations.
