AMSTERDAM EE and FF cabins

I am looking at a cruise where the cabins on the Amsterdam Dolphin deck are mostly guaranteed except EE and FF. I see several open rooms (1833-1845 and 1822-1834) that are available. I know they are nearer the front and on the lowest deck. Any reason why these aren't booked or would be undesirable for a 14 day cruise? Any unusual middle of the night noises or vibrations? Only cruised once before and it was a veranda on the Zuiderdam. Looking to go a little cheaper this time. Thanks
