pipedreams62 Posted February 21, 2010 #1 Share Posted February 21, 2010 Hi- I've searched this but can't find anything. I made a test booking yesterday with a travel site and received 6832 points for booking. My question is- Is 6832 points worth a t-shirt or is it $200 anybody know how the point system works? If this has been asked 978 times I apologize. Thanks

Phxazzcruisers Posted February 21, 2010 #3 Share Posted February 21, 2010 I do not understand your question. Are you referring to American Express or a charge card point system? There is not a Celebrity point system other than for the Captain's Club.....
pipedreams62 Posted February 21, 2010 Author #4 Share Posted February 21, 2010 They're called choice points and are given by the travel agency. It says good towards onboard credit or gifts?
Phxazzcruisers Posted February 21, 2010 #5 Share Posted February 21, 2010 Then it is a program by your travel agency. It is not something from Celebrity so you would have to check with them to see what you can get for the points

A better value for the points (in my opinion) is using them towards bottles of wine. I have enough points for five bottles, and that's pretty cool! :p
julia Posted February 22, 2010 #7 Share Posted February 22, 2010 BTW... a few weeks after booking your cruise, you will receive an e-mail with a log-on account to access the "choice points" store. There you will see what your points can "buy".
