Hey guys,

going on my first cruise on June 27, time can't go fast enough. But I'm learning alot lurking on these boards.

 

If my mom & I are in the same room will our cards be connected to one account or will they be seperate? We are gonna use cash, no credit cards. How much does Carnival (Valor) need you to deposit?

It's up to you....if you want seperate accounts, each of you will put your own form of payment onto your own S&S card.....if you want them together, only one of you will provide form of payment.

So, each of you will establish your own account.....the ship will do it however you say!

Thanks CB! That is good to know. I would rather we have seperate accounts. We don't plan on charging much since we don't drink or do the casino. So probably a couple sodas (the soda card won't be worth it) & gratuities & a couple formal pics. Can't wait to sail!

If I remember right they want a 200.00 deposit for a 7 day cruise.they let you know when it gets almost gone our you get a check last night for balance...Have a great cruise
