Last tender?

We've never been to a port where we've had to tender, so we have no idea how much time to allow for our excursion (we are booking a private tour). If we are scheduled to depart at 6:00 p.m., approximately what time would the last tender leave the dock? Would hate to be "stuck" in Grand Cayman!! :D

If the ship is sailing out at 6:00 then the last tender would be at 5:30.

You most likely will be notified in the morning when the nlast tender back to the ship will be. There may also be a sign posted at the tender dock. I would just warn you that many people may be counting on coming back to the ship at that time and you may find some very long lines.

Give it plenty of time. Thirty minutes is cutting it too short.

We have been to Cayman 4 times. We always book private tours. the people of Cayman know the schedule better than we do. They would never make you late for your tender. We always walk around and hang out across from the tender spot, as the line gets shorter, because believe me the line will be long to tender, we tend to get on one of the last back to the ship.
