99% positive they do not open. The Glory, Miracle, Dream and Liberty definitely no.

They ony open when slammed into by a rogue wave with sufficient force.

Neither OV or porthole windows open. The porthole windows have heavy steel covers secured on a hinge above them. In very heavy weather the crew will come in to those cabins and dog down the cover over the portholes.
