Researching Morocco now. Did you do the Casablaca or Rabat tour--or talked to anyone that did? Rabat seems to be a nicer city--and apparently you can do only one city due to the timing. I've seen a lot of comments about Casablanca being pretty nasty without much to see.

Sorry for the delay in replying. We did Casablanca. We hired a taxi - they line up outside the port - and had a great tour with the driver waiting for us at the mosque, the market, and the seaside resort area as we walked around, then driving us around town to a few other spots. He dropped us at the medina where we poked around on our own for a couple of hours and then returned to the ship. We enjoyed it! The passengers who went to Rabat did not seem all that impressed if I recall correctly.
