Sport fishing in Mazatlan

Don't know if it is too warm in July but I know it will be hot and humid in September/October. Check some weather sites where you can get weather stats for a few years.

Whatever excursion you pick, check the place out. In Jan 2006 we were on a cruise that included Mazatlan and my dad booked a sportfishing excursion through the ship for himself and my son. Bad deal. Very expensive and the crew basically allowed one passenger to rule the boat. My son said when he lifted his bread to see what was on his sandwich for lunch that the meat had mold. So - I would say do some research here at CC and other travel sites to see what has good reviews.
