After cruise question

I just got off a wonderful cruise on the Mariner of the Seas - wasn't sick at all on the ship but since I got home I feel like I'm still on the boat - dizzy and feeling like the world is rocking and rolling - it's gotten slightly better each day. Has anyone else had this happen and how long do I wait before heading to the doctor?

Yeah--that happens sometimes! It will go away in about a week or two. There's really no need to go to the doctor, unless it's really making you unable to function. You might want to try a Benadryl, if you can take them...sometimes, that helps!

Yes, it happened to me on my most recent cruise. It took about 3 days, then went away, for the most part. For the next day or two, if I turned my head quickly I could still bring up the sensation. But after a week it was gone entirely.
