Century Sunset Veranda Stateroom

I am looking at the Sunset Veranda staterooms on the Century--specifically, 1246. A couple of these have very large balconies--80 sq ft.

 

Has anyone stayed in these cabins? If so, could you tell me if the balconies have lounge chairs on them? Also, what is underneath the balconies? Looking at the deck plan on the website it looks like a covering for the sunset bar on the deck below. Does it obstruct the view from the balcony at all?
