Holey Posted June 7, 2010 #1 Share Posted June 7, 2010 I know a few people have posted things about my time dining, but..... I would like a little bit of info from all you nice cruisers that has used it! We are onboard in under two weeks my husband has just decided he would like the 8.30 sitting. Would I be able to change MY TIME DINING to second dinner. If so would I be able to do it online,or have to call R C I Any information would be fantastic. Oh my D H wants a table with 6-8. I have noticed that I can pre book on line for what time we would like. But I thik he wold like to sit with same people each evening.

You don't want MTDining if what you really want is 6 other tablemates (that are the same each night) With MTD, you will most often get a table for 2 ... though there are exceptions to this at every seating ...MTD is for the cruiser who really isn't into the formalISH dining experience. They (this is me by the way) want to show up when we want ... mostly with no reservation ... sit down and eat my courses at our pace (pretty quick) and get the Frick out of Dodge! So by what Hubby wants, make the change ASAP pre-cruise. You have Pre-paid your tips to all who are automatically given. If I were you, I would talk about this to the phone rep, but in the end leave them paid (if very poor service-highly unlikely occurs, you can remove tips at the purser desk post incidents). If your the kind of person that just wants to control the tips via payment at the end of the cruise ... they will likely convert your PPtips to an on-board credit unless you pitch a fit or something - which of course I can already tell is not the type of person you are.
