Anyone missed their non Carnival excursion?

Has anyone ever missed their non Carnival excursion. We booked with cave-tubing.com for our upcoming cruise. I heard that they let people on Carnival excursions take the early tenders. When can we get off the ship?

Six years ago I was on a non-Carnival excursion and even though we were late arriving due to an emergency stop in Cozumel, I made it only a few minutes late. Just be sure to arrive where they distribute the tender tickets early.

We also booked with them - great tour. There was a serious traffic accident on the way back to the ship - we made it - our bus was full of worried passengers. Not to worry - they depend on getting us back on time for their livelihood.
