Roatan pronunciation????

Most of the natives I know pronounce it "Row-uh-tan" but some say the "Row" part so quickly that it almost comes out "Ruh-tan." And if you fly there via mainland Honduras, the Spanish speaking mainlanders pronunciation sounds more like "Ruh-tahn" (but said VERY quickly, almost as one syllable).
