No reply from p&o to my emails

Or write a letter .. there are legal requirements in responding to letters. I must admit they have always responded to both my emails and letters. With a letter you do have to allow 28 days though.

 

If you need it more urgently then I would agree about contacting the call centre.

P&O are very slow sometimes in replying, but their not the only ones, I'm having issues with a Thomson holiday I took in early June and still not getting any replies...
