No reply from p&o to my emails

I have sent P&O the same email 3 times over the past month , emails sent through P&O site ask a question. As I can not find any other email contact address for P&O. Can anyone enlighten me on this. This is our first P&O Cruise .the 1st of many I hope.

Why don't you phone P&O Customer Services? If your Q is one relating to your cruise you might be asked for your booking reference.

Or write a letter .. there are legal requirements in responding to letters. I must admit they have always responded to both my emails and letters. With a letter you do have to allow 28 days though.

 

If you need it more urgently then I would agree about contacting the call centre.

P&O are very slow sometimes in replying, but their not the only ones, I'm having issues with a Thomson holiday I took in early June and still not getting any replies...
