2011 Alaska Cruisetour?

I am looking at a cruisetour with Radiance of the Seas sailing on May 27. 2011 from Vancouver to Seward.

 

In the current (2010) RCI Alaska Vacation Planner on page 43 (Cruisetour: 13-night Alaska (pkg17) it list's an interior stateroom price of $1699.

 

When I look up the exact same cruisetour for 2011 on RCI website it list's a price for an interior stateroom as $2,485.00. :eek:

 

Could this be true?

Do prices generally drop toward the beginning or end of the year?

 

Looking up the same cruise that disembarks Aug. 27, 2010 the price starts at $2349. Maybe I am just too thrifty. ;)
