another tipping question

Hi everyone,

I'm getting married on the Inspiration next week. Just wondering what to bring as far as cash for tips. I have 51 people coming. I was trying to figure out how many servers/bartenders there might be. I asked the coordinator, but she wasn't sure. How many staff members did you guys have for your group?

I'm expecting:

2 bartenders ($20 each)

? servers ($20 each)

1 officiant ($20)

2 wedding coordinators ($20 each)

DJ ($20)

Videographer ($25)

Photographer (?)

Anyone I'm forgetting that I have to tip or priced wrong. I need to plan ahead and have envelopes ready. Thanks for any advise.

We tipped the coordinators, officiant and DJ $20 each. We put $30 in an env for the servers to split, the videographer we tipped $40 and the photographer $100. We did not tip the videorapher or the photographer untill we saw the pics and video. We were tipped based on how good they came out!

We had the best man take care of the tipping on the day of the wedding, it was one less thing we had to worry about!
