turquoisesea Posted October 23, 2010 #1 Share Posted October 23, 2010 I need help!!! We have just booked the Eurodam (Eastern Itineray in December) and I feel at a complete loss in helping our friends who are going, too. As a sun and pool worshiper I rarely pay attention to day time inside activities. This is our friends' first cruise and they don't know if it will be right for them. One of them cannot go in the sun. Will there be things for him to do everyday? I think I can help them out with sun free excursions, but they are woriied. Can anyone list some onboard actiovities that might appeal to a 50 something guy? ariawoman Posted October 23, 2010 #4 Share Posted October 23, 2010 Towel Animal folding was one lecture too :-) Also there's the regular shows at night which include singers, dancers, magician, comedian, etc. Can't go wrong really. Bingo was fun, albeit different than I was used to since there's no markers or even daubers involved anymore! There are also spots in the lido pool area where he can be outside, but not be in sunlight, along the sides of the deck so he doesn't have to be a complete hermit if he chooses not to :-)

slabeaume Posted October 24, 2010 #6 Share Posted October 24, 2010 There should be several computer classes onboard, too.
mechcc Posted October 24, 2010 #7 Share Posted October 24, 2010 Maybe a cabana in the retreat area that both couples can share. That area gives you the sun and he gets the shade and both get luxury and pampering.
