Turner Beach Stop on 4X4 Princess Tour

The Princess 4X4 Safari excursion stops at Turner beach. How is this beach for scenery and a relaxing stop and short swim? Is snorkling worth the time and rental cost? Any ideas of how much time is spent there?

Turner's Beach is delightful, but you don't go there to snorkel. There's a bar and grill, palapas, beautiful sand and water. A relaxing beach destination. We grabbed a van ride at the pier that took about 8 of us there and couldn't have been more pleased.

Ask the taxi driver who brings you to the beach to pick you back up at a prearranged time.

 

And yes, if I were you I'd skip the excursion and just plan to go straight to the beach. It was one of our favorite stops.
