PAGA Posted November 11, 2010 #1 Share Posted November 11, 2010 Summit will be leaving San Juan at 8:30pm for our upcoming sailing. Anyone know (or able to guesstimate from prior San Juan sailings) what time the muster drill will be?
Giorgi-one Posted November 11, 2010 #2 Share Posted November 11, 2010 Summit will be leaving San Juan at 8:30pm for our upcoming sailing. Anyone know (or able to guesstimate from prior San Juan sailings) what time the muster drill will be? They usually do it at about 2 AM after the Casino closes! NOT! i believe they do it sometime the next day.

If you miss muster drill on the first day, they will come and find you and make you go to a muster drill the next day at a time of their choosing. Attendance at muster drill is NOT optional ;). smoosh21 Posted November 12, 2010 #7 Share Posted November 12, 2010 If I recall, ours was late. I seem to remember it being dark. I think it was actually after dinner like 9:30 PM. We had a 10 PM sailaway for our cruise.
PelicanLvr Posted November 13, 2010 #8 Share Posted November 13, 2010 Last January we were on Summit. It sailed at 8:30 and the muster drill was at 7:30 pm. It was timed so that first dinner seating was finished and second seating had not gone in yet. So, not matter which you were it was painless. ozark74 Posted November 13, 2010 #9 Share Posted November 13, 2010 In March the drill was at 5:30 and we did not have to take our lifejackets.
