teacher2cruiser Posted November 14, 2010 #1 Share Posted November 14, 2010 Just wondering if they have your time dining on the Legend.....We did this on Fantasy and Triumph and enjoyed it very much. Thanks!
electropa Posted November 14, 2010 #2 Share Posted November 14, 2010 Just sailed on Legend 10/31/10. We are now huge fans of your time dining. Even though we requested the same table every night , it was nice not to have to be there at any set time. Had a great serving team also!
Unknotted Posted November 14, 2010 #3 Share Posted November 14, 2010 We did My Time Dining on the Legend and they handled it really well. Before seating us the hostess always asked if we minded being seated with other people, or did we prefer a table for two. They must have your name and pertinent info in a their computer because no matter where we sat, the first thing that happened was our waiter would ask if we wanted our bottle of wine (which we brought with us and they were storing in their fridge) brought out. They still don't do anytime dining as well as NCL, but they are sure getting better at it. OH! BUT to answer your question....yes, they have it on the Legend. (I get so carried away sometimes, sorry!)
FlaGrl4Evr Posted November 14, 2010 #4 Share Posted November 14, 2010 We just got off the Legend 10/31 sailing as well and had AT dining. Anytime is located on the upper level of the dining room. If you request a table for 2 on the railing, you can look down to see the singing and dancing waiters and Ken the singing maitre'd. On the third evening we got Elina and her team for dinner and stuck with them for the remainder of the cruise. Her section was back by the aft windows and we were always able to request a booth for 2. We had dinner most nights between 8:30 and 8:45 and there was never a wait. In addition, you could hear Ken, the maitre'd singing and some of the waitstaff from the upper level would join in the singing and dancing. One evening one of the waiters asked me to join in and dance to Low-Low-Low and it was so much fun. This was our first cruise, but we loved being able to have dinner at a later time and loved the service that we received.
